Applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements, per the GtC Academy charter authorized through LEA Petaluma City Schools:

  • 16-20 years of age
  • Resident of the state of California

Submit your application now, space is limited! The first day of school will be August 10, 2020.

STEP 4: ATTEND THE NEW STUDENT ORIENTATION

STEP 5: ENROLL IN CLASSES TO FINISH YOUR DIPLOMA!

At the informational session, participants will:

  • Receive detailed information regarding the GtC Academy & program, including typical class schedule, how long it takes to graduate, and the expectations and benefits of the program
  • Meet GtC staff and students
  • Have the opportunity to ask questions about the program
  • Receive and/or submit a Request for Admission

STEP 4: ATTEND THE NEW STUDENT ORIENTATION

Please Note: Due to the school closures related to the COVID-19, these dates are subject to change.

Gateway to College Academy anticipates enrolling 50 new students for the fall term. If there are more applicants than available space, a lottery will be held at 5:00PM on May 1, 2020 at SRJC Petaluma in Kathleen Doyle Hall in Room 236 at 3:00PM. Applicants will be notified beginning May 4, 2020 whether they have been admitted to Gateway to College Academy for the fall 2020 semester. If space permits, students will continue to be admitted until August 10, 2020.
